Refund Policy
Since all items are custom made upon order, we do not offer refunds except in cases of defective products.
If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us at orders@myprintedcookies.com and include a photograph of the product. A photograph is required.
If your product is determined to be defective, at the sole discretion of myprintedcookies.com, a return label and/or refund will be provided.
Refunds
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after it has been issued. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve issued the refund, please contact us at orders@myprintedcookies.com.
